Full Implementation ("Gold") Support Level
To ensure that your district, school or agency receives the full benefit of implementing RY/CAST, we offer School and Community Liaison services. This service provides you with immediate access to a support staff member. Your dedicated Liaison can help answer any questions that staff, community members, parents or community organizations may ask. Further, to document the impact your RY or CAST Program is making, the Gold Support Level includes full Evaluation Services comprised of process, outcome, and impact evaluations for each completed RY class or CAST group. Our evaluation team will provide reports documenting changes in your students' knowledge, attitude, and behavior after completing the RY or CAST Program.

Enhanced ("Silver") Support Level
To empower your staff and ensure an immediate impact, the Silver Support Level includes live remote and on-site support customized to your needs. Online Office Hours (3 hours weekly) are available to meet the individualized needs of your staff. RY Inc. will schedule consultation with our experiences Trainers at predetermined times so that your team can videoconference with questions or seek additional guidance. We also offer On-Site Support services, including group supervision and individual coaching for your RY/CAST team members.

Basic ("Bronze") Support Level

The Basic, or Bronze, Support Level prepares your District, school or agency Team to deliver the evidence-based RY/CAST Program with fidelity. Following the foundational Facilitator Training Series for team members who will deliver the RY or CAST Program to youth, one or more supervisors, evaluators and/or grant directors should complete the advanced Coordinator Training. These engaging learning experiences empower participants to implement the RY or CAST Program competently and confidently. Technical Assistance is offered, as needed, over email or phone for the full year after training.
