Coordinator Training

A Coordinator should be assigned to supervise and support your program to ensure implementation fidelity. The Coordinator Training is an advanced training following the prerequisite RY or CAST Teacher/Facilitator Training. Coordinator Training prepares the participant for important supportive tasks related to coaching, supervision and sustaining programming.

Coordinator Training covers how to:

  • Use program-specific coding and supervision tools
  • Give and receive feedback related to classroom instruction
  • Build community partnerships and infrastructure
  • Identify, select and recruit youth participants
 $800 per person
CAST Coordinator Training $800 per person
