Parents as Partners Training outlines the important combination of parent group sessions and home visits. The interactive training includes a curriculum set and practical application exercises. Parents as Partners is the only in-service program of its kind for all staff and is designed to improve student achievement.
Materials:
The Virtual Workbook Binder includes for each session: the research foundation for the session topic, individual and group activity worksheets, a plan for implementing ideas developed, a teacher report of idea implementation, references and useful resources, logs for staff interaction with parents and active involvement of parents, a class evaluation form and more.
Training format:
**In order to meet the requirements for annual recertification you must complete 1 year of program implementation.
