|To achieve program goals, evidence-based programs need to be implemented as designed. This is what we refer to as implementation fidelity. We are eager to support your success from start-up to implementation, evaluation, reporting, and ongoing sustainability.|
Reconnecting Youth is creating an opportunity for our clients and customers to better utilize their output and outcome data and to assist them in their efforts to document achievements, identify challenges and to better develop sustainability plans. Reconnecting Youth has created a value-add opportunity for our clients by allowing our clients to submit Pre- and Post-Survey data directly to us for analysis. Currently, the Reconnecting Youth’s Evaluation Team is collecting de-identified surveys, both pre- and post, via clients mailing in or scanning and sending in, their surveys directly to Reconnecting Youth’s Evaluation Team. The Evaluation Team will then score the surveys and return to the client a copy of an agency specific report that details the answers to each question on the survey and changes, if any, between matching pre- and post-surveys. These results can be used by clients to determine outcomes and to satisfy most agencies’ evaluation requirements related to Reconnecting Youth and CAST programs.
Evaluation is an essential component of program implementation and a critical step in sustaining your program, including funding. We can assist you in planning and budgeting for evaluation.

Pricing: During this initial period, costs for these services are $12.50 per match survey (matching pre and post survey), or $7.50 per single survey (pre- or post-test).
In the near future, Reconnecting Youth will be piloting an online portal so that customers can have their clients complete pre- and post-surveys online. Then these data will be collected, matched, and analyzed by our Evaluation Team. Customer-specific reports will be submitted back to the customer for review.
Of course, customers wishing to continue to analyze their own data can continue to do so.
