Coordinator Training

A Coordinator should be assigned to supervise and support your program to ensure implementation fidelity. The Coordinator Training is a 1-day advanced training immediately following the prerequisite 4-day Reconnecting Youth (RY) or Coping and Support (CAST) Teacher/Facilitator Training. Coordinator Training prepares the participant for important supportive tasks related to coaching and supervision.
 
Coordinator Training covers how to:
 

  • Use program-specific coding and supervision tools,
  • Give and receive feedback related to classroom instruction,
  • Build community partnerships and
  • Identify, select and recruit youth participants.

Access to the Administrator Online Tutorial is included in the price of the Coordinator Training.
